I hope they kill this overseas game sonner rather than later. NFL in europe will never be anything more than a novelty. Sure they get a great turnout for this one game per year but they will never get the attendance if they were to create a European football league again.

I thought Goodell said last week they actually want to add a 2nd London game.

I knew I wasn't crazy. Well not completely. Goodell said last week he wants to add a 2nd London game during the regular season.

I get them all with the Sunday Ticket, but not too many intriguing games this weekend.

Yep, take a home game away from a local market. Makes perfect sense.

Why does Gus Johnson keep getting stuck with college games on FX? The Chiefs/Vikings game is the only NFL game he's announced this year.

Jeez, why would Fox think the country wants to see the boring Bears yet again after 2 primetime games? TB does nothing for me either. ATL vs DET is their best game, yet it looks like the smallest audience.

Not as many good ones as last week, but CHI/TB, ATL/DET, SD/NYJ, and HOU/TEN all seem pretty good to me.

Keep him the hell away from any NFL broadcast. I love the guy doing the tourney games for college basketball, but his announcing job in the Chiefs/Vikings game might have been the worst announcing job I have ever heard. He is the reverse Joe Buck. Buck tries to pull any excitement out of an exciting play but Johnson tries to act like every play in the game is the most exciting thing he has ever seen.

It was funny when Gus kept freaking out about the long pass that McNabb threw downfield that was caught out of bounds. The ref immediately signaled it out of bounds but it took Gus a while to calm down enough to notice.

I agree. Even the basketball broadcasts can get out of hand.

"He shoots the 3!!! REBOUND! PUSHING IT UP COURT!! THE SHOT!!! REBOUND!!!"

That call pushed me over the edge with him. It was clearly caught out of bounds and the retard wouldn't shut up for at least thirty seconds. Even if it was caught in bounds, it wasn't THAT exciting. It was like a thirty yard gain, pretty cool, but nothing to go full retard over.

The Broncos and Dolphins? Why am I getting the Broncos and Dolphins? That stinks.

I could imagine his broadcast partner sitting there facepalming.

Gus Johnson should be forced to do Tebow games from here on out. It's where he belongs

CR is not getting the KC game either because they pushed the GB-Minn game to 3 PM. Why?

Who the hell is Ian Eagle?

I think Ian Eagle is fine as a play by play guy. He pretty much just says what's happening, and that's all you want from that role.
