A little contact with a WR in the act of catching the ball is legal as long a you're not blowing him up but giving him a little shove to seperate him from the ball is legal as long as it isn't early. Never really seen anybody try to stiff-arm because it makes it easy for the defender to 2-hand touch.

We play honor system and if there's conflict we just do the play over. We don't want anybody hurt or any fighting. It's just for fun and to get a little exercise.

If we blow out CC again we'll just pick new teams. It's no fun for them or for us if we're just killing them for 2 hours. I'd rather have fun with evenly matched teams than just dominate guys and make them wait 4 years before they want to play us again.

No shit having to play 11 on 7 with 6 OL is a bit much. Especially when you give them 17 downs to make a 1st down.

3 man line for 9's, and 5 man line for 11's... downfield blocking will be acceptable, within reason. Sub's ok, whenever. NFL rules for 1st downs since the field should be painted right?

It does suck. We haven't played any football as a group for a while though. There are 4 or 5 different games the old group plays in around the city, I think.
