I agree coaches don't play, but when players play unispired, to me, thats on the coaching staff. The job of a coach is to put guys in the right spots and get them ready for the game. When a team comes out flat, more times than not, it's cause they weren't prepared.

I'm a little on the fence about teh issue. I think it goes both ways. The players have to find their own way to get excited and focus but the coaches have to get them there. I dunno. Just making converstation.
