Couple of factors here, IMO.

Pretty good coverage, helped by the location of the throw.

Baldwin does get his hands on it, but not an easy catch.

As was said in the game thread, that ball needs to be fired right into Baldwin's gut so the defender can't make a play on the ball. Let Baldwin use his body to his advantage and shield off the defender.

Sorry, but that's mostly on Cassel.
