I would pay a steep admission price to watch someone load Vitale into a huge trebuchet and launch his ass at big brick wall.ROFL:thumb:

If he can get them against this great UK team, he can get them against far less talented teams I'm sure.

He's definitely the best guy at getting to the line we have now.

I didn't mean that so much as I meant his shots aren't high percentage if they don't call the foul. He should at least be getting in better positions to shoot before contact.

More fouls, please....

Releford just missed a wide open layup on the break...which is his specialty. Bad.

Speaking of Nebraska, they lost to Northwestern at home. In football. ROFL

And they're still going to a BCS bowl. KU doesn't have the budget to pay it's basketball players anymore because they owe the black david koresh another 6 mil.

It will be easier to do that when guys aren't ridiculously long like UK, though.

Yeah, a 10 PT loss to what could be the best team in the country. Awful. LMAO

Nope, he lost that one I'm afraid. By both his definition of a blowout and the world's.

All depends on whether Calipari can get them to play as a team or not.

I think we already know the answer to this, he generally has top 20 talent at every position and some on the bench and he's never gotten it done.

Even if he can't, they'll still be a #1 seed I'm sure (like 2009-2010 with Cousins). Just way too much talent.

Congrats.

I hope that coach k's ejaculate has some carcinogenic qualities, that way duke vitale will get throat cancer, and die soon.

If he ever gets half of the talent to stick around 2/3 years & can teach them to play as a team....watch out.

Or if the NBA prevents teenagers from entering the NBA, as they were trying to do in the CBA talks. At that point, they'll have to stick around for two years.

If the NBA gets the two years post-highschool like they want, he will. Pretty scary, lol.

UK has length, size, and athleticism in a way that few (or even no) teams do. It really exposed KU and they weren't prepared for it. As long as there aren't any UKs coming up on the schedule, we should be all right.

But, does he bring in all the talent he does now if kids are forced to stay 2/3 years before going to the NBA?

I don't think he does. Most talented kids don't want to compete to get that starting spot. Yeah, I think he still kills it recruiting wise, but I don't think he has every year domination like has been having.

That's true. Part of the reason he gets the talent he does is because he tells them they can come in and start and get to the NBA after one year.

Good loss. Gives us things to work on instead of learning about them later in the season.

UK only basically used 6 players the entire game. Definitely used their best to win.

Absolutely electric atmosphere tonight at the Garden.

UK is simply more talented than KU this season.

Not to say the Hawks can't beat them down the road when it matters but I'm telling you, Kentucky has 5-6 big time pros on that team and they aren't going away anytime soon..

Good to see CBB in the most important sports venue in the world owning the greatest city in the world.

So much for "secondary"...lol

UCLA is getting blown out by 20 at home vs. Middle Tennessee....so it could be worse.

Haven't looked great to me so far, but their talent has gotten them through their games with ease.

He kind of did this year. Terrance Jones should not be playing in college. Doron Lamb is a hell of a scorer. If those guys don't stay, they aren't nearly as great of a team this year.
