Simple Photo Morphing?

Tomorrow is My Oldest's birthday and I wanted to create a GIF of his face from birth to now morphing showing him progress

Is there an very easy way to do this?

You might try Jasc Animation Shop. It's pretty simple, cheap, and should do what you need.
