I've got an office building that I'm no longer using but I still have another year left on my lease. Would like to find somebody to fill it for at least that year, or maybe take over the lease entirely.

It's in Martin City at about 135th and Holmes. It's a 3k square foot building that includes a 400 sq. ft. cooler.

- Fresh Paint
- Fresh Carpet
- Fresh Gigabit Ethernet run throughout the whole office.
- Custom front desk and conference table included.

Here are some pics: http://www.angelleye.com/temp/office.pdf.

Need $2k/mo for it, which is cheaper than anything else I've seen comparable.

If you're interested let me know.

Could it be converted into a brothel, Mr. DRU?

If so, I might be interested.

How about some ideas on what I could do with this space? I've got it for another year and it's just sitting there empty.

I've thought about doing a "business incubator".

Take an office space, put in some equipment(desks, a conference room etc) and a printer, internet, phone bank and a secretary to direct traffic and then rent space to start ups and small business.

Then you're renting the space to several businesses for smaller numbers they can afford and making some profit on the space.

That's my idea for your space.
