No statistics (other than the G-men have a history of putting an end to perfect seasons) just a gut feeling.

Maybe just a case of indigestion,we shall see.

The Giants are a team whose secondary is suspect, and thier front 4 has not been able to generate the kind of pass rush that they've gererated in the past, with Osi Umenyora hurt and out for this game possibly.

They haven't been able to run the ball as effectively this season as in the past, though the return of Ahmad Bradshaw should help.

These Giants are not winning against the Pack.

it could happen because the Giants have the DLine that can get in Rodgers face and force some bad throws.

I would love to see that as well, just to shut up the old 72 Dolphin gummers, who pop up once are year, run their mouth and disappear.

i know but that DLine is overdue.

It's 4 sacks in 5 games, 3 against Vince Young and the Eagles and 1 against Alex Smith and the 9ers.

They drew a goose egg against both Tom Brady and Drew Brees, and as I said, Umenyoria is probably out.

Not today.

Great,I turn on NFL Network's Gameday Morning and what's all the talk, can the G-Men end the Pack's perfect season and they proceed to talk about the previous 3 undefeated teams the G-Men have taken down.

i know but
the pressure is mounting on the Packers to keep the streak going and the Giants have their backs against the wall, not saying the Giants will end the streak but i wont be shocked if they do win.

I think the Pack, like any team chasing a perfect season, want to win out, but from interviews I get the impression that that aren't nearly as concerned with that as teams that have previously chased it.

The mounting pressure is media created.

Rogers is my QB in fantasy, for how much longer who knows.

I have to hope they go for the perfect season and from what I've read and yes I know its coach speak but they've hinted many times that they will keep the first stringers in there unless its a rout one way or the other.

I do not think the Giants are the team to knock them off.
Living here in NY I cant tell you just how obnoxious Giant fans are.
I'm hoping for a K.O out of the playoff race for them today.

Secondary is suspect And their pass rush is partially in a cast atm.

Of course it needs to be said the Packers could Easily make Eli look like Montana.

If they just had one surefire running back, it would be over. They are getting by with it because the receiver depth is so nice. Finley isn't doing much, but he totally changes game planning. He will probably bust out a big game soon due to defenses trying to adapt. Rodgers confidence is through the roof after the run last year and so far this season. They could lose, but it's becoming more, and more unlikely.

I didn't say they don't want the perfect season.

I said they aren't feeling the pressure to achieve the perfect season.

The Patriots near perfect season has had an impact on the Packers approach.

Their ultimate goal is to repeat as SB champs.

The Chiefs have done a better job of generating pressure in the last couple of games.

Surprising what can happen when you actually get after the QB aggressively, huh?

But generating pressure and getting sacks against Aaron Rodgers is as difficult as any QB in the league.

15 Yard Roughing-The-Passer against Little Brother.

Aikman : " Yep, that's an intentional elbow to the headgear of the passer. Good, easy call for the offcials, they'll call that every time."

Now, if Troy had said "accidental elbow that barely graced the side of the helmet." i might have agreed.

It's kind of cool that the Pack are getting pushed here. A playoff simulation of sorts. The second half should be very interesting.

Binghamton, NY have more in common with the Buffalo Bills than with the Giants or Jets in NYC ...

Fans that reside in Upstate, NY roots for the Buffalo Bills. Then, there is a small group in Binghamton that roots for the Eagles.

Im starting to think hes better than Favre (circa 96-97) and probably will be once his career is over.

Favre, next to Peyton Manning, was the most overrated QB ever.

Rodgers has all the tools that Favre had, and makes far better decisions.

Favre was a ****ing idiot.

Nobody makes it look easier than Rodgers. I used to think Tom Brady was the best but Rodgers is raising the ceiling. Cam Newton has a great chance to be one of these kind of guys as well. He is doing some incredible things right now too.

Plus he read, listened and believed everything the media said about him.

Huge ego by the end of his career. :Lin:
