NOW it's sitting about three threads down. That's because Buehler445 bumped it after he saw my thread. When I started this thread I did not see it in the first two pages of threads, which makes sense because the last posting on it before the bump was on 11-13-2011. The difference between Buehler and Buck was the former handled my oversight with grace, while the former did the common "repost police" reaction.

Oh well, no biggy. I now defer this subject to it's rightful thread. No sense continuing this one.
