I only see the team MVP as being on defense
other than that

Houston is the default ROTY. He's the only one thats gotten consistent playing time.
Team MVP goes to Todd Haley. We might have won the division without Palko. Haley was vital to this teams failures!

You are right.
It just downed on me that we've got a really bad output out of our rookies this season.

Baldwin or Hudson could have made a push if they were given that many chances.
Tamba should be in consideration for MVP also.

IMO DJ might be the best inside backer in the AFC right now.

Yep, DJ is clear cut MVP and Houston is clear cut ROTY. Bladwin missing half a year hurt him too much. Houston's really came into his own the past few games.

Houston for ROY.
Those were pretty obvious picks.

I think Tamba could at least challenge DJ for the MVP spot. Houston clearly has the ROTY award locked up.

Houston has really come into his own. I really thought around week 8 that he wasn't going to get it together but the guy has the makings of an all pro.
Did Powe get any playing time this year? I know a few on here had some high expectations.
DJ for MVP but Hali has to be a close 2nd.

Powe spent half his time learning how to write so he could sign his contract.

My choice for MVP is Breaston. The dude consistently catches nearly anything thrown his way.

The same guy with 15 less catches, 300 less yards, and 3 less TD's than another receiver on the Chiefs?

imagine how many sacks tamba would have if not for egregious holding every damn play. i'm pretty sure the nfl could make a referee training video out of all the missed calls against tamba.

To bring Hali in the argument doesn't diminish what DJ has done.
To me DJ has been the best in the league at his position.
But when Hali has a big game it carries the D like a franchise qb does for the O.
The most valuable player on D in the qb era is a pass rushing stud like Hali.
I just think the position is more valuable more so than player.
