I am inprovising on the dipping sauce because I can't find Guajillo peppers here. I am using a combo of aneheim and fresno peepers.

And baked tomatoes with seasoning and Parmesan Cheese.

Of course we have some beer, wine and assorted liquor.

Chicken Pad Thai, Sushi and fried rice. The hubs and I are getting over the flu. We had to skip an all day wedding/party because of it so we are eating pretty light.
