Another injury for the Steelers going into next week, and beyond maybe. MRI tomorrow. Tomlin says he likely won't be available for the playoff game last week. Isaac Redman got most of the carries today, and also had two 4th quarter fumbles.

Meh, I'm not convinced that Redman isn't the better back at this point.

Mendenhall was pretty much awful this season. If there was a hole for him, he'd probably make it through it for about 8 yards, but he damn sure wasn't going to create something from nothing and the odds of him busting even the best blocked play were pretty slight.

Mendenhall was a useful blunt instrument this season, but little else.

My brother is a huge Steeler fan and says pretty much this.
Yet another example of how RBs are fungible goods.
