No one can deny that, as of late, our defense kept us in and won us some games. With a decent offense, they can be a big factor let alone complementing them with a solid offense.

Vote.

I'm ok with him at DC.

Yes. Our D finished 11th and 12th in scoring last year.

This year we were 11th and 12th in scoring.

That's remarkable, all things considered.

Given the options listed I picked him @ DC only.

with a good OC Romeo will do great as HC.

Sorry, it's early, I screwed that up.

Last year we were 14th overall and 11th in scoring.

This year we were 11th overall and 12th in scoring.

So we actually improved. LOL

That's good for the fact the offense keeps them out on the field.

I keep seeing this.

Keeping Romeo as HC all but guarantees a "tree" hire.

Romeo and "good OC" might just be mutually exclusive.

I'm sick of the "tree", I hope it dies in a fire.

With RAC stepping up the last 3 games I think the way the D played is a good indicator that the other D coaches are pretty good as well. I think it also shows that when RAC did what he wanted without interference on D that they were damn good. Giving up 30 points total to GB, Denver and Oakland shows they could stop a passing team, a running team and a semi-balanced team. Now if they take off the interim tag and let him get an OC that can fix the offense the Chiefs have reason for hope. I see RAC having less interference than Haley since he's been a HC before and doesn't have the learning curve that Haley had.

There's absolutely ZERO evidence that RAC was "interfered" with on D.

That's ridiculously silly to even suggest.

Next year they won't have Haley and we'll still be a borderline playoff team. What's the excuse then?

RAC has earned the HC position.

GM and OC need upgrades...

RAC wouldn't have even been in position to be named HC with Pioli.

He's not going anywhere, get over it.

He's (who, you've specified two in the prior sentence) not going anywhere, get over it.

Definitely, you could use English 100 and 101 at Dexter Manley University...
