Robots, tools, monsters, Suzanne Somers, and big boats. It's a guy's dream heat.

Wow. I pretty much had to vote for only two this time, and neither of them knocks my socks off.

#1 - Futurama. I haven't seen it in probably three years, but it was kind of funny. I wouldn't kick it off the network for eating crackers.

#2 - The Munsters. Such a bizarre show. I'll vote for it just for the concept. And how did a Frankenstein and Frankenstein bride have a wolfman son? Is wolfman a recessive gene?

Didn't make the cut.

#3 - Three's Company. Okay, I admit it. I watched it as a teenager. Suzanne's legs...they just went on forever. But it was dumb even then and had the same plot over and over and over, and I wanted to do a driveby shooting on both landlords.

#4 - Love Boat. Um...no. Just no. If I have to explain why, we shouldn't be talking to each other anyway. Though I do wonder what wild things that one woman did when she was on her cocaine binges.

#5 - Home Improvement. I objected to the sexist commentary underlying the plot. Men are not grunting neanderthals. We are highly evolved human beings who have a complex set of emotions, and I resented the constant implications otherwise. Plus, the chick on the show never wore anything low-cut.

Futurama is the only one here.

I liked the Munsters as a kid, but couldn't really vote for it here. Never liked any of the other shows on the list.

Threes Company: Still cracks me up when i catch it on occasion. Yes its a dumb show, but John Ritter was absolutely brilliant on this. He made the show IMO.

Home Improvement: Liked it more in the first 2 or 3 years....(heh, i say that about nearly every show i like) The interplay between Tim and his wife was so good and dead on accurate if you have ever been in a long term marriage. I could have believed Richardson and Allen were married in real life.

Pretty much bleh on this one.

All of us jr. high guys always tuned in to Three's Company. But I'm pretty sure none of us could explain the premise of the episode the next day. In fact, having a tv with working sound wasn't a pre-requisite for watching.

I didn't vote for any of these.

I watched The Munsters, Threes Company, and (regrettably) Love Boat extensively as a kid but the Munsters was the only one I liked and I grew out of that phase pretty early.

I understand that many people thought Home Improvement was a pretty good show, but when I watched, Tim Allen always annoyed me.

I don't think I ever saw a single episode of Futurama.

Anyone who is voting for the Munsters hasn't seen it in 20 years. It was a horrible show, certainly not on par with the Adaams Family. Love Boat and Three's Company were both fluff.

Voted for Home Improvement though it's certainly not spectacular, and The Munsters, which in retrospect I probably should have let pass...

Three's Company rivals Gilligan's Island for a writers ability to create a story off of 3 or fewer premises - (a) Mr. Roper overheard something incorrectly, (b) Mr. Furley overheard something incorrectly, or (c) Jack tripped over a piece of furniture.

Also QUERY: Have you included Seinfeld yet, or did it get a bye to the Final Four? Having gone through the series a minimum of five times over the past year I really cannot wait to cast a vote for it. I may even log in with my alt.

I think Seinfeld hasn't shown up yet, but it's on its way. Stay tuned. (Get it? Stay tuned? TV poll? I kill me.)

Am I the only one on this site that cannot stand Tim Allen? Home Improvement was a terrible show.

Was the Love Boat billed as a comedy? I did not know that - which informs you that I cannot in good conscious vote for it.

Futurama and The Munsters are like a really awesome 8/9 game in the NCAA tournament. You know they're not going to win it all but it's going to be fun watching them go down to the wire.

Well, maybe less fun than a good 8/9 NCAA tournament game, but I appreciate the effort K-Dawg.

And who says one vote doesn't matter? One late vote for Futurama puts a stake in Grandpa Munster's heart.

Moving on are Home Improvement, Three's Company, and Futurama. Meanwhile, Love Boat goes down like the Costa Concordia.
