My grandma is in the hospital for pneumonia. I'm not sure she's gonna make it.

Consult a speech therapist for diet modification or feeding strategies to reduce the risk of aspiration that can lead to pneumonia if there is a decrease in medical status relating to weakness or delayed swallowing mechanism.

A combo of Azithromycin (a Z pack) and Methylprednisolone.

I have had the it the last 3 yrs. I get really pissed off when I am sick. I have been a real asshole the last few days. And my wife agrees something is up.I have been there and and done that.

I would hump it in to see the doc, before it gets expensive and you end up in the hospital for a couple of weeks.

Don't get pneumonia.
That's pretty much it. I've had it twice and it doesn't get easier.

I'd got to a pharmacy and explain your symptoms. They should be able to come up with something that will help you through it. I'm guessing something like Mucinex.
If you have a fever I'd probably make a doc appointment. Pneumonia can be caused by either a virus or bacteria. If it's the latter they can probably give you some good antibiotics.
