I'm looking for a low impact exercise that based on flexibility not strength. It would help me with my cp and improve movement of my legs and knees. Help a brother out.

I don't think this is the last question. However, if it is, I go with 12 ounce curls.

I done weight training it tighten my muscle which is counter productive to helping me with being loose.

Stationary bike. I have gained some of my mobility back from my surgery on my right foot and have lost weight and kept it off.

Try a recumbant bike.

You're sitting in a chair. They're quiet and some can hold laptops to make time go faster.

Pedal normal for quads and calves, pull-pedal for hamstrings.

Yoga then, Mr. big nasty kcnut. Or Tai chi. You can find video lessons just about anywhere on CD, PC, VHS, etc.

I am a big fan of Tai chi. It's wonderfully effective for balance, flexibility, overall fitness ... the movements have awesome names, too ... things like "Grasp Butterfly" or "Caress Sparrow" or "Palm Cuddle Meat Curtain" ... stuff like that. It's very spiritual. Plus, if you join a class, it's a great way to meet girls.

A lot of people don't know that Tai chi is actually a traditional martial art form and one of the oldest. I have seen experts in Tai chi who could not be defeated by highly trained judy choppers with belts and people like that. It's mainly a defensive form, but there are other forms that include offense, as well. The main thing is the phenomenal balance that you achieve over time. And, as we all know, just as in football, balance is the key to success in life.
