This "spring forward" shit sucks. I'm so tired today I feel like I'm drunk. One four-shot latte down, I'll probably need another one this afternoon.

Why can't they pick one and stick to it? 4321

Really? I think they should leave it at spring forward. I just really hate it when it gets dark by 5:00. Make it so it stays light out the longest and leave it.

Daylight savings time kicks total ass. It's the standard time and changing back and forth that sucks. Unless you just sit on your ass all evening, why wouldn't you want it to be light an hour later?

It is a little strange here in Arizona to go to wake up with your contacts around the country an hour more ahead of you than they were last night, and with California all of a sudden on the same time as you.

I agree with that. They should leave it this way all the time.

It'll be nice when I get home tonight and it's actually still light outside. But these first couple of days after the switch before my body adjusts to it are hell.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. It's a bad combination of initially losing an hour of sleep followed by having a hard time going to bed an hour earlier for several days after because my body's used to being up later.

Staying up way too late playing ME3 doesn't help matters much, either.

Here in AZ we're considering moving our clocks 12 hours ahead for the months of May through August, operating during the dark and sleeping through the daylight hours. Not sure if it will pass but I'll vote for it.

I don't have a problem with changing times. But, then again, I'm used to it. Working projects like I have the past few years, I would work one project days, and then the next one nights. If I worked nights, I would usually switch up to days for the weekend. Especially if I got to go home for the weekend. I remember last project, we were working nights. The last site was in Philadelphia. We worked 4pm to 3am, then drove all the way home, with me and my partner switching off when the other got tired. We got home at 8am the next morning, stayed up all day and slept that night. Right back on days. Daylight savings time is nothing compared to that.

Do people go to bed at the same time each night? My going to bed time varies night by night depending on what I'm doing that night or how tired I am. I go to bed anywhere between 11:00pm and 1:00am on any given night. I never understand why people freak out over an hour.

Traveling overseas and having your clock thrown off by 6 to 8 hours is what really sucks for a couple of days (I can only imagine what 12 to 14 hours would do), but 1 hour is a joke.

Sleep on Sunday for an extra hour and go to bed like you normally would on a Sunday night.

Haha. We're having a good time, despite the fact that I worked until 11pm on Friday night on the store, for 14 hours on Saturday, and for 8 hours yesterday. Good news is that we're leaving town on Friday for a week, and the new store doesn't get to come with us.

There are expert scientists in the field who say that lots of people experience anxiety, stress, car accidents, and sun fear when the time changes like this. I don't know why they're in the field when they should be in their laboratories studying stuff, but what can a layman do?

I say, don't let the heartbreak of sun fear happen to you. Sleep all day and party all night.

It was originally formed and decided on because the Railroads couldn't formulate a plan of delivery because they were supposedly inundated by delivery and supply problems.

I was a little tired this morning, but I love it this evening! I was able to get my walk/run in before it got dark. Make sure you eat some type of protein for breakfast every morning. It helps with the 3pm slump. Caffeine (lattes) is good for short term energy, but you'll just crash later.

What I just heard in my head was, "I was too tired for my normal sex this morning but I love it in the evening. I was able to get off before dark. Although I was tired I gave a BJ this morning and swallowed, it helped with my afternoon sexual cravings. BJ's in the car on the way home are good too but be careful or you will get into an accident."
