32 team owners, seven rounds. Trade ups and downs were allowed.

Here's how the Chiefs fared:

They traded out of the 1st round completely for Seattle's 1st and 2nd rounder in 2013. (I don't know what the circumstances of the trade was, but Seattle drafted DE Quinton Coples and along with their 2nd rounder, traded him to Jaguars for their second, third, fifth, and first and fourth in 2013.)

2.44: NT Alameda Ta'amu, Washington
3.75: OLB Jonathan Massaquoi, Troy
3.76: WR Ryan Broyles, Oklahoma
4.108: ILB Vontaze Burfict, Arizona State
5.139: OT Andrew Datko, Florida State
6.172: SS Winston Guy, Jr., Kentucky
7.203: FB Terrance Ganaway, Baylor
7.223: OG Rokevoius Watkins, South Carolina

Plus they'll have two 1sts and two 2nds in 2013.

I'd like to pick up some quarterback somewhere in this draft but other than that I'd be fine with what they have there two firsts and two seconds next year would just be sweet.

I still like Lindley late in the draft if we can get him dude looks like Tannehill to me.

Why would Seattle give up two picks next year to move up on slot for a player the Chiefs probably wouldn't be interested in?

Seattle would get 2 firsts in 2012.

The Chiefs aren't trading down; they're trading out. Seattle could then go back to back at 11 and 12.

If anything, a high 1st is worth more than a 1st and 2nd in the following year's draft. That would be similar value to a 2nd and 3rd in this year's draft.

Considering Seattle will probably suck next year.. I like the value of the picks we got in this Mock

but predicting draft day trades is completely impossible.

Mayock and Kiper were saying that Burfict probably won't even get drafted let alone in the 4th.
