This is actually his second battle with it in two years. Unfortunately, according to the numbers his chances aren't very good this time. He was originally diagnosed in Oct of 2010, and had to have his hip and a large portion of his left leg replaced.

After months of radiation and chemotherapy he was cured (or so they thought) but when we went to St Jude's in Memphis last month for his 3 month checkup they found a tumor on his skull pushing down on the main vein on his brain that distributes blood. They removed a big chunk of his skull, and he is having radiation there now as well as chemo again.

They are going to try a stem cell transplant so they can do an extremely intense chemo dose to try to rid him from this once and for all, but his mom is scared and doesn't know if its worth it because of the potential side effects this will most likely cause. She doesn't know if its worth putting him through so much misery while it likely wont save his life anyway based on statistics.

Positive thoughts and prayers for him and his mom would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone has any information on charities that could possibly help out with rent and utility bills, info on that would also be appreciated. She's obviously not able to work since she has to be with him 5 hours away from home everyday, and the local charities that we know about have already helped her to their limits.

No child should have to go through things like that. Very unfortunate.

Personally why not you? I'm really starting to believe those who say you are just making shit up. If the kid is sick I'm very sorry for him. Personally you are either the kiss of death and worlds largest douchebag or a troll.

Thanks for all the prayers, they seem to be working. Today she received great news that the Navy is going to pay the next 2 months of her utility bill. This is very important because she has 2 other young kids at home still. Now if we could only get some good news about his health...

Well hey someone has to say it. He has a history and I'm speaking to the possibility that he could be up to his bullshit yet again.

He's been here since 2006 and you've been since 2011 yet your speaking about his history and calling him names in a thread like this? :spock:

:spock: I don't think a prayer thread needs responses like this. Leave that to a private conversation.

Everything Ive posted about my personal life is 100% true. In fact Ive left a lot out, I could have made a dozen more threads over the years. I don't give a shit if you believe me or not, keep your rude comments out of this thread you piece of shit.

I started out working in a Childrens hospital. Couldn't handle all the kids with cancer and not only the kids not understanding why they couldn't just be "normal" it was the parents pain at feeling so powerless to "fix" their child and make them normal.
