Also, if you enter "6F 68 79 79 60", the Hexadecimal equivalent for the word pizza, it will deliver a random pizza to the ATM, and charge it automatically to the bank. This only works for Papa Johns though, so most people don't bother.

I just went to try this, it worked and now I'm in trouble and have to go to court on June 17 to see how much my fine is.

If you hold down each number in your pin for at least 3 seconds each, the ATM is programmed to automatically give you any amount of money desired (up to $5,000), and contact police. This is to help people who might not have enough money in their account to meet the robbers demands.

Multiple connotations of the acronym.

Inmem58 should key in "64 75 6D 62 61 73 73" at the ATM.

Probably because it's not true.

That's not necessarily a great reason. I know all sorts of stuff that's not true.

Actually, it would be a great idea if they did institute a policy like that. I know home alarm companies do it. For example, if my parents hit 2580 (basically going down the middle line of the keypad), it'll turn off the alarm's audible abilities but it also signals the police. This is so, if someone forces you to turn off the alarm, it will look like you actually did.

How long do you think the average mugging takes?

How quickly do you expect Officer Friendly to arrive?
