I hate to say this, but Hosmer could use 3-4 weeks in Omaha. He's totally lost. Had a no-brainer Ball 4 and he swung anyways. I'd like to think he swung in order to get a 3-2 fastball. Well he got it, and was late. He looks like Gordon a few years (or right now for that matter).

Ned Yost has absolutely zero feel for when to pull his pitchers (or keep them in)

How exactly do you split loyalties between regions? That is ****ed up. How can you be a fan of the BALTIMORE Orioles and the KANSAS CITY Chiefs?

Its easy cause baltimore didn't have a football team when i picked one.

I'm cynical. I own that.... I have seen too many players (not just for the Royals) who were supposed to be can't miss guys.. and have missed. Maybe we have a guy who can hit for more power than Steve Balboni here, maybe we don't.

I've decided to stop paying attention to the Royals until the NHL Finals are over. I have one pro team that I'm a fan of that is worth a shit, so I'm going to enjoy watching them.

The Jayhawks/Devils have made being a Chiefs/Royals fan easier.
