We don't get to make that decision. We can only bitch and argue with one another about who is better. I don't disagree with you that Stanzi is better. JaMarcus Russel would be a better QB. I would rather start Jeff George than Kasl.

SAME TEAM BRO!!!

Preseason game?

Preseason game?

ROFL

It being a preseason game doesn't take away the fact that he put a beautiful touch on the ball and got it *JUST* over the defender's head and right over the receiver's shoulder 30 yards downfield.

Kasl would have likely underthrown the pass for a pick.

This.

I have never seen Cassel make that throw.

Stanzi will probably light it up in preseason causing clark to trade him next offseason for a 4th and ride cassel into 2013 claiming season ticket sales were too low to give cassel any support thus causing him to play under his potential.

He would make that throw to McNutt routinely at Iowa.

If you watch one of the longer Stanzi highlight reels from Iowa, you will see that quality of a pass as a normal occurrence.

Give one example ever where a 5th round pick with zero playing time beats out a veteran who has been starting at least a few years.

Frankly the only stats I need to know that says Cassel shouldn't be QBing in this league is this....

Chiefs

Record(as a starter) versus(final standings)

Winning teams 2-9
Tied Teams 3-7
Losing Teams 12-8

Patriots 2008

Winning teams 3-4
Tied teams 1-1
Losing Teams 6-0

Totals

Winning teams 5-13
Tied teams 4-7
Losing teams 18-8

He'd make a great QB...if we played teams with a losing record in the playoffs......

He's also 1-8 against playoff teams as OUR QB.

prior to 2008, give me one example of a black man winning the presidency
prior to 1969, give me one example of a man walking on the moon

just because it hasn't happened before doesn't mean it can't happen later.

That has nothing to do with the pass itself.

Cassel knows he can't make that throw so he wouldn't even try. He would have hit Battle underneath, who would have probably been covered because the defense knows he was going to hit the underneath guy.

Whenever I want statistics to prove to people how much Cassel sucks, I turn to Coogs.

But this is also a good one to use.

I think the greater point is that in Cassel's long history of video footage, these kinds of clips are hard to come by.

Oh I thought it was that Stanzi's best moment in the NFL was in a pre season games against the #3's.

Mr. Pawnmower, since you have been kind enough to start up this debate again, could you please provide a "moving picture" or "video" of Cassel making a throw of the quality that Stanzi regularly made at Iowa or in the preseason?

Thnx.
