Absolutely. I've been wearing the solo mustache - somewhere between the standard Selleck Chevron and the Triple H horseshoe, depending on mood - for decades now. I love it.

It was especially gratifying when I was in London. After a solid week, I saw not one other person with it - the few that had facial hair at all had the Van Dyke, which I think is tremendously overused these days.

This is kind of funny to me, and I haven't even paid attention to facial hair in 20 years.

I had a moustache for years and years, in fact my youngest daughter was about 15 before I shaved it.

She didn't know what to think when she saw me without it. I always had a "baby face" so the stache helped with that at the time.

I have pretty much had facial hair for the last 35 years, since I could grow it out. I prefer a full beard but worked in restaurants for many years and had to settle for a mustache. Wife talked me into a goat (all right, Van Dyke) a couple years ago and have stuck with that ever since.
