Ned loves him some Quintero. JFC. Did Perez throw his arm out yesterday?

Ned was pretty adamant about playing Perez only "three or four times a week". The upside? He's hitting like .220, which means he'll probably get a hit today, by the law of averages.

"It's not my fault." /DM

Get rid of Dyson. Call up Odo, and let's see how things work out from there. Shedding a hole in the order and adding--we hope--a legit arm should change things dramatically. Don't worry, Dayton, the Super 2 deadline has likely passed, so your daddy won't have to cough up any more coin.

I don't really get your DM hate here. Our prior GM's have brought people up quickly, but this is pretty much standard operating procedure for Dayton. He forces everyone to prove, thoroughly, that they have beaten AAA, especially pitchers. This is nothing new, and it clearly has absolutely nothing to do with money. You or I may disagree with not bringing him up yet, but keeping Odorizzi down and taking forever to bring Myers to AAA were purely baseball decisions.

Given the way that Glass operated, it's damn near impossible to evaluate Baird as a GM. The fact that he was hired immediately by Boston suggests that he's not entirely dumb as ****.

To this point, Myers has more ABs than Hosmer had in AAA. While the average isn't as high, the power numbers (HRs) are much higher; he's ready. Meanwhile, we're watching a completely powerless piece of shit waste a spot in the order and play sub-par defense at a premium position.

The need to call up Myers isn't even arguable at this point. It should be done. Now. I'm good with what's transpired to this point, but we've reached the time when it's appropriate to act.

I love Perez, Mostakis, Benncourt, Butler, Hosmer and also Cain down in the minors. Thats a good core to build on. You guys get some starting pitching, have a break or two go your way you could be legitmate contenders. Stand toe to to with the Yankees, Angels, Rangers etc. You dont have to beat then 162 games, just 4 out of 7.

You start winning again and the K will rock again.

His curve has some bite todayWhen his curve ball is biting and his fastball/cutter painting the corners, he's a strong Cy Young quality starter. Any lineup has a problem hitting those type of pitchers.

I went to the game this afternoon. The hitters are a sad sad sight. They simply can't hit the ball right now. I am really really sick of watching Hosmer swing at 3 balls in every at bat and eventually hitting a dribbler to an in-fielder. I would be very surprised if the Royals get the win tomorrow, I will be at the game.

You start winning again and the K will rock again. fuck you for even mentioning betancourt

Why do you go if you hate them so much?

I'm a fan, I put my money where my mouth is. People call me a "troll", but I'm not, just a disgruntled fan that spends my hard earned money on them.
