Trade Frenchy
Trade Broxton
Trade Gio
Trade Getz
Cut Dirty Sanchez
Send Dyson and Booooogeois down
Bring up Odor-Eater, Myers.
Try Crow as a starter.

Just guesses, but I bet some of this happens.
