Anyone else notice the lack of explosion in the cone drills? You'd think a player whose game centers around quickness and agility would be more impressive. Damn ACL...

He was filming some BS workout video, and was probably giving 60% effort. He'll look different in September.

Him talking would be better if they'd take the camera off him and do a VO. He's boring as hell on camera, but it's not so bad when he's talking over the workout footage.

You know what I find most amazing about this vid... Jamaal can actually speak when he wants to. For anyone that remembers listening to Jamaal when he was at Texas or just entering the league it was unbearable and full of gibberish. Maybe it is because he needs to speak clearly as he is actually trying to sell a product but none the less I'm happy to see him appear half way intelligent. This isn't meant to be mean but the cold hard truth!

For those of you that think listening to Jamaal speaking in this vid is tough, go look up his old interviews... EESHHH!!!!

I was just going to post something similar. His speaking in this is infinitely better than when he first burst onto the scene. I know it's scripted but it is still better than what it used to be.
