I had never before seen a player sign autographs for more than a few minutes. My wife got his autograph in person - she was thrilled.

Also, in this day and age you can probably count on one hand the players who have had a HOF career and stayed with the same team (other than big market fucks that buy everybody). He's basically Atlanta's George Brett.
