Medical Center, a staple of my Thursday(?) night viewing as a kid. Only because my Mom loved Dr. Joe Gannon.

My mom apparently loved him, too. She named me after him.

I always thought if he were British he'd make a great James Bond. RIP, dude.

If you have seen the David Lynch film 'Mulholland Drive' then you'll know this scene.

For some reason I can remember him singing "Aint no Sunshine When She's Gone" on somebody's variety show.

Yeah, RIP Medical Center Doc. Dark hair, blue eyes, the face. If he can put two words together the camera loves him. Total 70's Hollywood with some acting chops.

Were his eyes really that blue, or is that colorized? That's a pretty intense blue.

He and James Brolin were the handsome 'old' men when I was growing up. Sheesh, they were younger than I am now.
