I can keep him in my league for a 5th. Probably still will if he's back within 6 weeks.

Dude racked up over 200 points in my league last year. I can live with the injuries for my 3 RB.

We are in no position to criticize.

No I didnt have to, the bone wasnt misplaced is what they said. The fact that he is having surgery suggests that it was even worse than mine. I cant imagine he could play in 4-6 weeks. That would be incredible.

the 4-6 week quote IMO is always the classic for more time needed hiding a more serious injury. It is short enough to keep the fans hopeful and long enough for the fans to forget if other backs step up and the team wins thus giving more time for the injury to heal.:thumb:

Week 8 at the earliest.

They need to sign Palko before someone scoops him up. They could have a monster year with Norv running that group. Because Haley sucked and all Norv could show him how to do it.

Well you should have him at the end of the year when it matters provided he isn't hurt again.

Chargers are in trouble. I hear so called experts claim that they are AFCW favorites but I don't see it. They will always challenge 8-9 wins with Rivers but their OL is suspect and they just lost McNeill. WR's are unproven, injury prone, or underachievers. Sorry Meacham didn't produce that well in NO with Brees I don't see him doing it in San Diego. Royal has been nothing since DeAngelo Hall quit covering him. Their defense is unproven and I don't see their pass rushers as more than spot pass rushers without getting the ball ran down their throat.

Buck
08-10-2012, 04:20 PM
This sucks, but honestly, who cares? He'll miss maybe 4 reg season games and be back before he gets injured or fumbles away the game again.

But seriously, hope he gets better soon, but I don't think it's a deathblow or anything to us.

You know, that's worth it. My FF team might suck but having no running game for Rivers might encourage his to a bigger level of suck than last year.

Without a legit rushing threat I don't see them challenging for the division...
