Looking for a old, old science fiction story

About a invading race of "teddy bears" that had discovered FTL drive, but not advanced otherwise, so when they invaded earth, they were armed with flintlocks against our modern army. Of course they get whacked, and the story ends with them wondering what havoc the humans would have on the rest of the universe with both FTL and the A bomb.

Want to use in PPT to a group of IT executives....

I did a google search for "teddy bears with muskets" and found the google book in post 4. Once I knew the name of the short story, I found the wiki page in post 2.
