pretty much. Play worked, he got downfield and the WR that can do what he does, did it! Cant ask for more then that.

Nice play design, got the first down, then he did his thing. That arm tackle that the Linebacker tried to do, was a pretty difficult tackle. Dude pretty much stopped on a dime.

Even on a couple of those incomplete passes, I think he was forcing the throws to Wayne and Hilton to draw what should have been a pass interference flag.

Nope, always been red and gold. Lamar Hunt was a traditionalist and the Chiefs never made any ground breaking changes to their uniforms throughout their history that you'd notice to the naked eye. The arrowhead on the helmet used to be bigger back in the 60s-70s and the name on the back of the jersey used to be in white. The only thing "big" that I've seen in the last 10 years is the Lamar Hunt AFL patch added permanently to the uniforms after they wore them during the 07 season (a year after his death) and this year with the Nike uniforms they have the numbers on the shoulder pads now instead of on the sleeves. Could be more but that's all I've noticed.

Hey, LiveSteam!

Did you see our game last night? I'm still laughing...I don't know which quarterback is worse - Sanchez or Tebow.

http://media.nj.com/star-ledger/photo/2012/08/11453522-large.jpg

A quick look at Tebow's night against the Giants:

Sacks: 4
Passing stats: 5-14, 69 yards.
Rushing stats: 2 rushes, 5 yards.
*Tebow was playing with the Giants' 2's and 3's.

Sanchez: 4 sacks (one negated by phathom call). Talk about holding on to the ball forever or staring down a receiver.

Congrats on winning the AFC East!

Hey, LiveSteam!

Did you see our game last night? I'm still laughing...I don't know which quarterback is worse - Sanchez or Tebow.

I didn't get to see any of the first half, but I saw the last Colt drive.

I've said this before.

Drew Stanton is better than Matt Cassel,

ROFL,

Why do people overreact to preseason and anything Cassel?

Not saying Cassel is great, but come on.......Drew Stanton has 4 starts and 2 wins in the NFL.

This is not an overreaction to this preseason game.

I've watched Stanton since college, and seen every start as a Lion, and other games that he appeared in.

He has a better arm, isn't afraid to throw into tight windows, and actually makes reads and goes through progressions.

That's great. Call me when he actually wins some meaningful games in the NFL.

Should I also call you when Matt Cassel does the same?

Be honest.

Would you take Donald Stephenson in the 3rd, or Mike Adams in the 2nd.

Be honest.

Both plus DeCastro in the 1st.

Heh, fun ending, but pretty stupid the more I think about it. No reason to extend a play and risk injury in a preseason game.

My fantasy draft went so bad that only Jesus himself would win the league for me. So I drafted Tebow with the final pick of the draft.

The guys on the field at the end of these games are just trying to make the roster.

They are going to give maximum effort to make something happen and be noticed.

It's just a preseason game to us.

It's a job audition for them.

I find this hard to believe. I mean he's been a free agent before IIRC and didn't get much interest.

He visited a number of teams this offseason before signing with the Jets.

When they traded for TeBow and Stanton asked out, the Jets had little difficulty in finding a trade partner.

So, don't tell me he didnt generate much interest.

yes he did. He was the Jets #2 until the Peyton Manning to Denver/Force Tebowmania out ratings fiasco happened and the Jets jumped all over that.

He got replaced and traded for a 6th round pick. That doesn't seem like a guy who teams believe in.

THAT is a smart move. I honestly believe he will be used in GL situations. He will definitely take TDs from Shonn Greene. I honestly think you'll be surprised at his production.
