This is the first time I've heard it. I grew up a huge Chiefs fan in the '70s in KC, and I had no idea he ever tried out for the Chiefs.

That was great...LMAO

I never knew anything about him being a football player or his connection to the Chiefs.

Are you guys new?

Hell, Keitzman had him on his show every time he broadcasts during media week at the Super Bowl.

Wow.

Did he try out for the Chiefs before or after the slave hunters cut off his foot?

I don't listen to Keitzman. He's on the radio in KC, right? I don't live in KC or listen to KC radio. I get my Chiefs news off of this newfangled thing they call the "internet".

I always knew his story but never saw him recite the poem until now
