Is it possible to place two pictures side by side on a status update on facebook? It seems the browse feature only lets me do one and then I have to post a new post with a second one. The reason I ask is I want to be able to post before and after cosmetic pictures of some of my patients. Thanks guys

Put both pics on the same canvas to create one pic.

this.....even MS PAINT can do this I believe, but GIMP definitely can handle this and much more (add text, add your name/phone number etc...):
http://www.gimp.org/
1) download gimp
2) fiddle with your pictures, upload to facebook
3) ????
4) profit
