I haven't listened to a Chiefs radio broadcast since the days of Bill Grigsby as the play by play guy.

I was introduced to Harlan as a national broadcaster, so I have no KC ties to him.

I wsn't aware of his KC connections, and I've considerd him one of the best football play by play guys in TV since I first heard his calls in the early 90s.

I've never really heard anyone but Mitch and Lenny, and I love the guy. Yes, he's pretty homerish, but he's supposed to be. I think Lenny gives the reality dose, and they work well together. Good for you Mitch!

I've listened to a lot of games via internet radio in the last 5-6 years and think Holthus does a great job. He is a true "homer" and rarely criticizes the Chiefs. Dawson does a little but not too much either.

I don't think you will ever get that out of them although this week on Chiefs live with Kendall Gammon they spent a lot of time saying "things are not right" "not right at all"
