I think a lot of things at the end of Andy's run were because he was being strongarmed by GM, President, Owner, etc.

Gave up a lot of duties, changed his staff constantly, tons of FAs being brought in

i think he is really going to go back to what was the most successful for him in his approach here in KC. That's all.

It's not going to be some slapdick like Marty Morningwieg calling plays. Andy is going to bring in the people he knows that he had the most success with. Him and Childress are like BEST friends and have been for a long time.
