Sounds like all the talk up here is that he does not want to be part of the vikes and is in a fight with team about Ponder and direction of the team. He has one year left on his contract and the vikes went 5-2 without him down the stretch so they may just want to get rid of the headache (Pun intended).

My question is what would you give the vikings as far as a player trade or draft pick to get him here. Once you have him you will have to pay him knowing he has an injury history as well.

But he is so much better than Desean Jackson and would be a huge upgrade over everyone but Bowe.

I would give a 2nd round pick with a conditional 3rd/4th rounder next year for him. WHat you think?

I'd give our 2nd for him. He's one of my favorite players in the NFL. Can literally do everything. He seems to have gotten over his migraine issues as far as I understand. Not that they can't come back... But he's a special player. I actually like him in Minnesota. He needs to stay put.

Why the hell would we double down on a player that can't stay on the field when we already have Moeaki?

Fucking stupid.

::sigh:: Again, Percy averages 15 games a season over his first three year. This year is his first serious injury.

Because he's an extremely rare talent. Moeaki is just another guy.

I don't see the Vikes letting him go. But if they do we should pounce on the opportunity.

I'd give Philly a 2nd a conditional pick for Maclin way before I give even a 3rd for Harvin.

I'm not sure where the DeSean Jackson comparison came from, but Percy Harvin is most certainly NOT better than DeSean Jackson. What doesn't show up on the stat sheet (even though Jackson's stats certainly are not bad) is that Jackson forces the safeties to play back so far that he opens up the field for everyone else. DeSean Jackson is an exceptional player who makes his teammates around him better.

You'd give up #34 overall for a player that's missed regular season and playoff games to migraine headaches? A player that's feuded with his coach? At a position that currently has plenty of depth?

That's fucking insane.

Wut?

Bowe, Breaston, Baldwin, McCluster, Wylie, Thorpe, etc. and so on.

WR is NOT a priority over Safety, Cornerback and ILB.
