Don't read too much into it though. They'll likely meet with him at the combine and have him come in for a visit some time in the next 2 month.

If he makes the right pick this year and the Chiefs become a great team, it will be an endearing trait, kind of the way Vermeil used to repeat himself all the time. Once you get under 34" the number of really good LTs drops off dramatically. About the only one is Joe Thomas.

I found some articles that were pretty spot on evaluating tackles the last couple of years and they're pretty damning for guys with arms shorter than 34".
