Sure, it could have been. I suppose that it is just a coincidence that it actually did hit the market today, the day after it was reported that the Chiefs are going to trade him, or the day after he gets offered the franchise tag.

Nope. I just listed one this morning in fact that is already online and marketed. Just had the sellers call me for the first time yesterday.

I'm doubting he lives there during the winter anyway, so it wouldn't take much to get it listed.

Was it a FSBO sign? I can say with 100% certainty that he did not have this listed actively on the market at any point until today. And unless he signed an MLS waiver, he couldn't have had a realtor's sign in his yard at that point either.
