In terms of talent, Mizzou has far more of it. SLU has a team that buys into what Majerus and now Crews preaches. There's nothing more than maybe 1 NBA caliber player on SLU, but the whole team buys in.

Team also makes some bone-headed plays, and not sure if that's coaching or players who just don't handle decision making very well. Adonis Thomas throwing the ball in with 3 seconds to go; you have 3 timeouts. Anyone who has responsibility to inbounds the ball should know this. Ah, I was thinking about OSU's loss, not if all B12 teams lost in the first round. I don't think the OSU loss is a big deal at all, granted they looked like shit... I thought OSU was overrated and some of the experts thought Oregon was the most under-seeded team in the tournament (comparable to Wichita State as far as top 25 wins, top 50 wins, SoS, sagarin, kenpom...).

If Kansas is the only B12 team that wins this weekend though, I'm sure it'll raise some eyebrows... granted, only 3 teams are favorites in this round. I don't think it diminishes Kansas' conference streak... everyone knew all year it was going to be a down year for the B12, and if not for a really shitty week (or had they showed up in Waco), they would have won it outright.
