Has anyone had experience dealing with Stubhub as you got close to a game's start? I'm planning on buying tickets for the home opener about 2 hours before the game starts and I'm wondering if they start to drop like a rock that close to gametime.

Can anyone offer some insight?

Yeah they're fucking ridiculous.

You're better off until they hit the official Chief site.

Has anyone noticed he's talking about Royals tickets?

He had a Royals icon on this thread so I am guessing he is talking about baseball.

Sorry, should have mentioned Royals in the text. I'm seeing they have 1,200 tickets listed, and I'm just wondering if I'll see any decline that close to gametime.

Check the thread pic, pretty sure they are asking about the Royals. As for last min tix I've found CL to be a great place for deals. Some money is better than no money right?

How are you going to get the tickets that soon before the game. Won't they have to ship you the tickets?

Yeah, I'd have to time that out well depending on where they were at. Might not be a bad option though.

Oh yea I forgot I usually print my baseball tickets. It's my football tickets I get physically.

Bought tickets from them. Overpaid and I don't care. Gonna be at opening day at the K. Kind of a pain in the ass to print them off. So far, I would give them two thumbs up, based on past experience.

Are the prices listed on Stubhub from Stubhub themselves or do the individual sellers dictate the prices?

Seller sets the price. That's why you have to compare.

Cool, that's what I need. I figure there will be some folks who start to jump ship when they think they'll have to eat their tickets.

Sellers can set a starting price and minimum price, and stubhub will automatically reduce the price as the event gets closer. The seller is charged something like 15%.

I've gotten great tickets waiting until the last minute. I've also had tickets I would have rather been at bought up while I was waiting for something better and I had to sit at lesser seats. It's really just a gamble.

The processing fee or w/e it's called is more expensive than the ticket itself in a lot of cases.

My bad. Tapatalk from my phone doesn't show that stuff.

Guys Ticketboat is the place to go. First they don't overprice the tickets and second and more importantly there is no Fee
