Will EJ Manual be shuffled off to the back room when he drops ala Brady Quinn?

I'm guessing it's been about 20 last few years, so ya, maybe a few more there.

No Wilson. No Bray. heh

I wonder if they'll bring him and Trufant back for round 2 the next day?

Schedule announcement could be delayed

It widely has been believed that the NFL will release the 2013 regular-season schedule on Tuesday, April 16.

While that still may happen, we’re told there’s a chance that the announcement will now be delayed.

There isn’t much time that it can be delayed, if the NFL plans to release the schedule before the draft, which starts on April 25.

This year’s scheduling process has been complicated by the shifting of the Ravens’ season-opening game on Thursday, September 5.

Coincidentally (or not), a show dedicated to the schedule release has been removed from NFL Network’s online listings for April 16.

I hope Joeckel trips over his feet onto the stage, or stumbles and falls into Roger Goodell and everybody laughs and laughs and laughs at them.

I don't get EJ going. At best I think he's around 18th-20th pick from a team that trades up to get ahead of another team. I wouldn't want to sit in the waiting room having the cameras cut to me every five seconds and having Mike Mayock or Mel Kiper saying that I have potential but was rated as a 3rd rounder in their books.

Trufant is a lock for the first round. So that one is not interesting.

I couldn't believe that he is going to the draft either. It is embarrassing to be one of the last players selected with the camera on you between picks.
Put a sack over your head or go in a back room like Brady Quinn did a few years back.

I totally get your point BUT with the recent success of the mobile big arm QB(Newton,RG,Kaep and Luck) all bets are off on EJ IMO. Hell it wouldn't surprise me to see Nassib go in the mid to latter 1st rd. There has been and still continues to be sooooooooo much negative news about how bad this QB class sucks, that it is waaaaaaay over played IMO. To the point that there is a lot of poker playing here by many teams hiding their hand on what they really 'think' about this QB class.

Get ready fellas for a VERY INTERESTING 1st rd draft:thumb:

They don't just invite like the top 10 prospects anymore. Last year there were a handful of guys invited who went mid second round. They want guys who aren't going until later, so they aren't going to keep cutting to them and making a big deal about it like they used to.

When I took him in the cp mock at 30 for Atlanta, people said I reached on the pick.

They want as many chances as possible to talk incessantly about the Cowboys, Broncos and Patriots.
