View Full Version : Chiefs A Trade I see happening

One of the things I believe the Chiefs will try to do is load up on Draft Picks. If not for this year then for next year. The Albert deal I don't think will happen this year. What I do see happening is the Chiefs trading Stanzi for Draft Picks. Cleveland, Arizona, and the Jets would be likely suitors. Get one extra pick this year and one for next year. Maybe a 3rd this year and a second next year.

Kind of amazes me that if someone does not care to discuss a thought that another has that they resort to trying to humliate the poster. I had what I thought was a topic that would make for an interesting discussion. Instead of getting on a high horse out of the gate how about sharing your thoughts and reasons why you disagree.

I think we should stop referring to him as Stanzi and start referring to him as Stanzi's Hair. It makes everything sound better. For example,

"I think we could get a 2nd rounder for Stanzi's Hair."

sounds much more feasible than

"I think we could get a 2nd rounder for Stanzi."

Why do you think Stanzi has any value, let alone 3rd round pick value? If he was worth that, wouldn't we keep him? Our QB's are pretty shitty, you know.

Stanzi is a wash but has been in the league for awhile. Chiefs will never use him and they have Tanney in the wings. I think they hold on to Tanney thinking he has more upside but as of now Stanzi has more trade value.

how is nothing more than nothing?

you'd be better off choosing a QB in the 6th round instead of trading a 6th rounder for one of these guys

I agree that Stanzi has no value. But even knowing how his first few years in the NFL have gone, if he was available in the draft, most of ChiefsPlanet would inexplicably want to draft him over Luke Joeckel.

Are there only two players in that draft scenarios? I don't see anyone calling for Dysert or Scott over Joeckel.

I have been a member of Chiefsplanet since 2003. I posted earlier today about a trade I'd like to see happen to obtain draft picks figuring it would make for interesting discussion. Since I posted it I have been told that I need to jump off a high building, stand in the middle of a highway, let a train hit me, get raped, and more. I should be banned from starting a thread unless I have 10000 posts. I'm trolling, I'm an idiot, and I'm on crack. Really makes Chiefsplanet enjoyable. As many of you know I worked for the Chiefs for many years and met a good number of the Planeteers. Enjoyed that a lot and think they are good folk. I'll always remember the experiances. I just have to wonder though, what happened to friendly discussion and does the internet just make it so easy for some to be so simple minded that they can't resist making themselves feel smart by slandering those they deem unworthy? Needless to say, I'll be watching the planet from a distance.

Dude wtf? You proposed a seriously dumb idea. Why in the world would anyone give us anything for a near worthless qb that can't even make the game day roster for a team with the worst qb lineup in history?
