Here's the scoop. The owner opened some, never paid taxes and sold them all. Each is a franchise that the only requirement is having the money to buy it.

shit, the guy was trying to sell the one in Pitt for 75k after the owner died. Equipment was shit, building was shit and only positive thing was location. Hell the floor had a hole in it.

I offered him 10k half joking and he got all kinds of pissy.
