Just determine whether a majority of the scholly athletes wash their own cars on campus. If enough athletes do it often enough it prbobaly constitutes a major violation where I suppose some athletes could be ruled ineligible.

OK, let's extend the NCAA's logic here, so does this mean bathing and doing another commen bathroom activity are also NCAA violations if done on campus.
