He's doing a one night gig in Vegas, singing. Who knew the dude could sing? He can, very well actually. But, if you were old enough in the 70s and liked country music, you probably did know that, cuz he has a mild hit with an old Hank Williams tune.

If I could ask him one question, I would ask "During your career, you adapted your game to the surrounding talent and system adjustments as well as any QB that has played the game.
How is it that no one has really recognized and appreciated that?"

Bradshaw is an interesting cat. And he's a lot smarter than people give him credit for.

I'd ask him if head trauma has had anything do with him being a lifetime Republican.

I'd ask him if head trauma has had anything to do with him being married three times -all ending in divorce.

On the serious side:
I'd ask him about his relationship with Mike Webster.

I'd ask him about his philanthropy. He's given away a lot of money and personal treasures over the years. He gave his four super bowl rings to his Alma Mater Louisiana Tech.

Good luck. I watched him play when he was a rookie, the Chiefs killed him. Then a couple years later I saw him come into Arrowhead and totally destroy the Chiefs 45-0.

If you interview goes online, send us a link.

Interesting fact that Bob Dole did not know: During his career, he passed for more than 300 yards in a game only seven times, but three of those performances came in the postseason, and two of those in Super Bowls.

Flipping through the channels the other night when he was being introduced on Leno. The two went back and forth trying to top the other with digs. Bradshaw definitely has a sense of humor about himself.

The question should be posed to him something like, if the NFL had protective gear in place as they do today and been watching closer for concussions would he be able to spell CAT today.

Ask him if he thought it was wise for Franco's Italian Army to invade Abyssinia at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War.

That's funny. It reminds me of an anecdote in a recent column from Mark Steyn (http://www.nationalreview.com/article/351741/obamas-melting-wings-mark-steyn) (it's political so if you don't want to read about politics, don't click).

Irving Berlin, the celebrated composer of “White Christmas,” was invited to lunch at 10 Downing Street and was surprised to find that [Winston] Churchill, instead of asking what’s that Bing Crosby really like, badgered him with complex moral and strategic questions and requests for estimates of U.S. war production. It turned out the prime minister had confused Irving Berlin with the philosopher Sir Isaiah Berlin, then under secondment to the British embassy in Washington, and thought it was the latter he’d invited to Number Ten.

Bradshaw missed out on the gigantic QB contracts. Elway got one and has been wealthy for quite some time. Bradshaw was painfully jealous of Elway for decades.

Terry Bradshaw is now my fourth-favorite quarterback after Dawson, Green, and Montana.

I enjoyed the look on Bradshaw's face when, as a TV talking head, he had to hand John Elway the Vince Lombardi trophy. It was a great moment in sports television.

Or you can read it in his own words, from an LA Times article, dated just before Elway got his first Super Bowl win:

Today, Bradshaw wishes he had stuck something in his mouth. Other than his foot, I mean. "I was a quarterback constantly ridiculed, constantly questioned," he said Wednesday by telephone from his family's home in Shreveport, La. "Even when we won, it was because of everybody else. I had a chip on my shoulder.

"That led to an emotional outburst on my part. I wanted to be thought of the same way as Elway, the same way as [Roger] Staubach. It was a huge mistake.

"John said I was jealous. He was right. I still am. I wish I had all that money and hair. I wish I could ski and play golf like he can."

Bradshaw, 49, can laugh now. But he paid for his candid comments. He said a Colorado-based company that he endorsed fired him.

"It hurt me more than it did John," he said.
