Can I take steroids and go hit MLB pitching? No. Can a MLB hitter double or triple their avg homerun output while taking steroids, yes. Can a sprinter taking tenths of seconds of their 100 time? Yes. Can a long jumper jump further? Yes.

Do they work magically? No. You need to actually workout and eat propertly to maximize their benefits. The idea that PED abusers are lazy is just stupid.

I'd never thought about this before, but if it's legal to do drugs in Colorado and Washington (and they work out all of the legal conflicts), will the Seahawks and Broncos end up with a huge advantage in free agency? It's hard to imagine that all the drug-using players wouldn't find that attractive. Not only that, lots of water the day of the test. You want to cleanse your system SND file your urine. Piss as many times as you can the day of the test before you actually test. It gets the stuff that has built up in your bladder out, and you can start with a cleaner slate. Stop a few hours before the test, but piss just before you leave to take it. If you pus too clear and they call you on "diluting", just say It's part of a workout training program to hydrate regularly.
