ESPN is "reporting" (1st red flag) that it "could be up to 4 games" (2nd red flag)

I'll wait for a more legitimate report than ESPN speculation before I get a bit excited for more trouble for the donks

Not really. The amendment specifically says that employers can restrict use any way they want.

Since the league is a private business, don't they have the right to hold their employees to whatever physical standards they want to? I'm not really sure of the legal angle, either.
