I've had a couple of pm's asking and wanted to make it official that I will not be hosting a CP Bash this year.

If anyone is coming in for a game though and ever needs a free bed or just wants to join us for some Sunday football in the gameroom do not hesitate to ask.

Yeah, I was going to try to organize an "official" tailgate at a particular game, but I just don't feel like trying. :) Our RV is always at F24 in the grassy median by the crosswalk. Everyone is always welcome to stop by at any game. There will probably be a game or two the RV doesn't make it up, but there will probably always be someone there.

If there happens to be a weekend where there are quite a few CPers in town for a game, I'd be happy to drive up the night before and hang out someplace in KC. Otherwise, we drive up the morning of the game.

I agree-for me all I need is a location to stop by to drink and eat with fellow CP'ers, shoot the shit, get local advice, and make a donation to the host for the food and alcohol I consume.

True, but several of you are not strangers. :)

Anyhow, it's a tailgate. The only part of organizing it should be to say where we're going to be. Everyone else shows up with food of some sort and alcohol of some sort.

I will be in town on Thursday late and have a wedding on Saturday otherwise I am open on Sunday heading back on Monday.

Hoping the Bugeater and guest will be in attendance for that game. I'm saving up for a St. Louis trip the latter part of that week. If people will be in town and want to get together, then I could drive up that Saturday and stay.

No problem and things like that have nothing to do with the decision,I decided I'm only hosting one big party and that has to be my firework party to thank my employees and my customers and frankly as Phil eluded to it's a lot of work and I just don't have the time to take on two this year.
