That seems to be the prevailing opinion among the talking heads and others around the league regarding old school coaches, but you know what... it worked.

I agree, but more than just that. Singletary certainly earned the right to be old school, but it didn't work out. I just think that experience does not mean old school doesn't work all the time, it was just one incident where it didn't work.

The one thing that Haley did with Bowe was instill a sense of professionalism in him, as well as maturity. Sure the results and flashes were there, but with Haley, Bowe became consistent star.

Meh. I feel pretty confident the Chiefs will beat the Jags and at least 1 of the Titans/Raiders games, if not both. The rest of the games are a toss up depending on which of the teams show up on game day. The Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, and Texans can all suck complete ass on any given Sunday and then beat the best teams in the league the next.
