This doesn't work for me. In Christian Bale, I was immersed in the story and character and didn't "see" Bale as an actor portraying Bruce Wayne/Batman , but as Bruce Wayne /Batman. That has never been the case for me in anything Affleck has done, good or bad performance.

Michael Keaton is still my favorite Batman. I just didn't like Danny DeVito as Penguin in the second Batman movie. I think he would have been much better with out all the extra make up on him and just was himself.
